Persónuverndarstefna – hreyfiland.is

Persónuverndarstefnunni okkar er ætlað að upplýsa hvaða persónuupplýsingum er safnað og með hvaða hætti þær eru meðhöndlaðar.

Í stuttu máli þá eru persónuupplýsingar meðhöndlaðar í samræmi við lög nr. 90/2018 um persónuvernd og vinnslu persónuupplýsinga og persónuverndarstefnu þessa.

Upplýsingar varðandi þátttakendur á námskeiðum

Eftirfarandi upplýsingar koma fram við skráningu: Nafn, kennitölu, heimili, síma, netfang, einnig, ef við á, er beðið um nafn umboðsmanns umsækjanda og símanúmer og netfang viðkomandi. Þessum upplýsingum er ekki miðlað til 3. aðila. Upplýsingar eru einungis nýttar með eftirfarandi hætti:

• Hreyfiland.is heldur utan um námskeiðasögu þeirra sem sótt hafa námskeið. Þær upplýsingar eru vistaðar í aðgangsstýrðu kerfi.
• Bankaupplýsingum er safnað í tengslum við útgáfu reikninga og bókhaldskerfi.
• Hreyfiland.is afhendir ekki þriðja aðila upplýsingar um þá sem sækja þjónustu okkar nema þeir óski eftir því og samþykki. Einnig ef það er skylt samkvæmt lögum.

Fjölpóstur og myndbirtingar

Við sendum út fjölpóst þar sem minnt er á umsóknarfrest námskeiða, almennar fréttir og fréttabréf. Þegar sótt er um námskeið þarf umsækjandi að gefa samþykki sitt fyrir því að fá sendan fjölpóst.

Einstöku sinnum eru teknar myndir af þátttakendum á námskeiðum sem notaðar eru í kynningarefni og er fólki þá frjálst að víkja frá. Hreyfiland áskilur rétt til að birta myndir frá námskeiðum og úr Fjölskyldulandi á eigin miðlum nema þátttakandi taki annað fram. 

Upplýsingar sem við söfnum – fótspor

Við notum fótspor (e. cookies) til að bæta upplifun notenda á vefsíðu fyrirtækisins. Fótspor eru litlar textaskrár sem geymdar eru á tölvum notenda. Slíkar skrár gefa okkur kost á að fylgjast með hvernig viðkomandi notar vefsíðu fyrirtækisins. Þegar síðan er notuð í fyrsta skipti þá er óskað eftir samþykki notandans fyrir því að fyrirtækið noti fótspor. Þessar upplýsingar eru notaðar í tengslum við kerfisstjórn, bilanaleit, rannsókn á fjársvikum, samskipti frá fyrirtækinu og til að veita sem besta þjónustu. Fótspor eru ekki njósnabúnaður og við söfnum ekki upplýsingum um netvafur né heldur miðlum við upplýsingum sem safnast með fótsporum til þriðja aðila, að undanskilinni miðlun sem á sér stað með Google Analytics og pixel á samfélagsmiðlum eins og t.d. Facebook. Vilji notendur vefsins ekki að fótspor séu vistuð er einfalt að breyta still­ingum vafrans svo hann hafni þeim.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics er notað til vefmælinga á vefnum. Þar safnast inn upplýsingar við hverja heimsókn á vef­inn, t.d. dagsetning og tími heimsóknar, hvernig notandinn kemur inn á vefinn, hvaða vafra og hvernig tæki hann notar. Einnig er kannað hvort notast er við leitarorð. Þessi gögn gefa upplýsingar um hvernig hægt er að þróa vefinn og endurbæta virkni hans út frá þörfum notenda. Þessar upplýsingar eru aðeins nýttar við markaðssetningu á vörum eða þjónustu. Miðlun á IP-tölu á sér stað til Google Analytics í því skyni að nálgast upplýsingar um aðgengi að og notkun á vefsíðu okkar. Engum öðrum persónuupplýsingum er miðlað til Google Analytics.

The following information is provided during registration: name, social security number, home, telephone, email address, also, if applicable, the name of the applicant’s agent and the person’s phone number and email address. Hreyfiland.is keeps track of the course history of those who have attended courses. That information is stored in an access-controlled system.
Bank information is collected in connection with issuing invoices and accounting systems.
Hreyfiland.is does not hand over information about those who use our services to third parties unless they request it and agree. Also if it is required by law.

E-mails and photo postings

We may send out emails reminding you of course application deadlines, general news and newsletters. When applying for a course, the applicant must give his/her consent to receive a bulk email.

Occasionally, photos are taken of participants at seminars, which are used in promotional materials, and people are then free to opt out. Hreyfiland may publish photos from courses as well as from Fjolskylduland activities.

Information we collect – cookies

The transmission of the IP address takes place to Google Analytics in order to obtain information about access to and use of our website. No other personal data is shared with Google Analytics.
